Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the ordered items you have to contact our team via email at info@rayacademics.com or through direct messaging within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will get back to you within 1-2 working days. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have high-quality control in our organization. Each item is thoroughly checked and rechecked. If however, there is an issue please contact us right away.In the event that you would like to return or exchange an item, please ensure that you follow the following procedure: 

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • An image or video of the product and the reason why you are not satisfied.
  • After provided with the return address, please ensure the item is returned within 7 days of receiving it
  • You are responsible for the shipping fee for sending the returned/exchanged item back to Ray Online.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a video or images of the item so that we can evaluate it effectively.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Purchases are non-refundable however exchanges can take place.
